Two people, six kids, a lot of stamps, and a lot of ink.
Tattooed Tourists is Cate and Jenna. We plan other people’s trips and far too many of our own. Along the way, we help others heal. We believe the best experiences should leave something behind: not necessarily on your skin, but somewhere in your soul.
We are interested in the kind of travel that makes room for more of your life: adventure, celebration, family, creativity, restoration, retreat, and the quieter moments of becoming.

We started by doing it for ourselves first.
We traveled constantly. We got tattooed in places we loved because it felt like the right way to keep a piece of them. And every time, the same questions came back: How did you find that artist? How did you know the studio was clean? How did you get that rate? How were you not terrified?
Then came the sentence that kept repeating: “I would love to do that, but I would have no idea where to start.” After enough conversations, you stop calling it coincidence and start calling it a business.
Over time, the work grew beyond ordinary trip planning. We became drawn to journeys that help people pause, reconnect, celebrate what they have survived, mark a transition, or introduce themselves to a deeper level of their own lifetime. We do not believe every trip needs to be life changing. We do believe the right one can change the way you move through life afterward.

The details are practical. The reason is personal.
We stopped measuring luxury by the nightly rate a long time ago. A family suite with a kitchen and a washing machine can be the most luxurious booking of someone’s year, and we will happily defend that position.
The best trips are designed around how you want to feel, not only what you want to see. We ask that question first because it changes the answer more than people expect.
A tattoo is not merely a purchase. It can be a marker, a memory, an inside joke, a ritual, a piece of art, a small act of healing, or something you need for no reason anyone else has to understand. People deserve support making that decision instead of pressure to make it quickly.
We believe in intentional journeys. Sometimes that means a wellness retreat or a quiet stay where nobody needs anything from you. Sometimes it means traveling toward a tattoo, an artist, a place, or a version of yourself you have been waiting to meet. The itinerary should serve the reason you are going, including the reasons that are hard to explain.
Nobody should find out what something costs after they have already committed.

The best experiences should be tattooed on the soul.
Home is Wisconsin. Work is wherever the trip is.
Our industry relationships can open up preferred programs and benefits that may not be available when booking alone. Tattooed Tourists is a division of Goddess Ink Creative LLC.
We are based in Wisconsin and on the road a large part of the year. Practically, that means firsthand context, broad time zone coverage, and a genuine respect for the fact that travel is never just a transaction.
Our work is practical by design: research, bookings, schedules, communication, preparation, and follow through. Underneath that is a more personal question we return to often: what would make this experience feel true for you? We listen for the answer, then build from there.

Bring the idea, even if it is only half drawn.
A place you keep thinking about. A piece you have wanted for years. A milestone that deserves more than a long weekend. Give us the rough version and we will bring it to life in ways you did not know to ask for.
