Services

Everything we do, and exactly how far it goes.

Use one service or all five. Most people start with a trip or a tattoo and discover that the two can belong to the same story. Some also come to us because they are entering a new chapter and want a journey that gives them room to rest, reflect, reconnect, or step into what comes next with more intention.

01 | Global tattoo tourism

Get tattooed somewhere your soul will remember.

A tattoo from Bali, Tulum, Osaka, London, or the place you finally felt like yourself carries more than the image. It carries the moment around it, the version of you who chose it, and sometimes the deeper journey that brought you there.

We arrange sessions in vetted studios and, where local ordinances permit and the working conditions are appropriate, may coordinate private sessions in your villa, room, or suite. That option is not available everywhere, and we will not pretend otherwise. Tattoo rules can vary enormously by country, state, city, and venue.

We also plan around the tattoo, not just for it. Healing affects sun, salt water, swimming, hot tubs, clothing, and activity choices. We build the itinerary so the art and the vacation support each other instead of competing for your attention.

We also understand that not every tattoo trip is only a tattoo trip. It may sit inside a retreat, a meaningful birthday, a period of healing, a reconnection with yourself, or a decision to honor something you have moved through. We can help shape the surrounding travel with that intention in mind, while keeping every practical detail clear.

Artist and studio research

Style, portfolio, licensing or local requirements where available, hygiene practices, availability, personality, and fit for your specific piece.

Travel built around the session

Flights, stays, transfers, recovery time, activity order, and a destination plan that still feels like a vacation after the appointment.

Appointment coordination

Inquiry support, deposit and timing guidance, practical questions, mind, body, and soul preparation, and clear handoffs so you know what is yours to decide and what the artist needs from you.

02 | Brand promotion

Your next booking is already looking. We help them find you.

We connect resorts, hotels, hospitality groups, artists, studios, and conventions with an audience that values travel, personal expression, and experiences with substance.

We do not sell canned posts or borrowed opinions. We build partnerships around a real stay, a real studio, a real destination, or a real event, then create promotion that reflects what was actually experienced.

Our audience and our travel clients overlap in useful ways. They are people who save for experiences, research before deciding, care about quality, and often travel for a specific artist, event, destination, or feeling. We help the right business meet them honestly.

The strongest stories are not only aspirational. They make people feel something true about the place, the art, and the version of themselves that could meet them there. That is the kind of connection we look for.

Storytelling with credibility

Honest reviews, social storytelling, client facing context, and promotion built around why the experience matters, not just what it looks like.

Long term fit

We prefer relationships that grow over time, whether that means repeat stays, artist referrals, destination features, convention coverage, or future client consideration.

A clear scope

Every partnership has a written purpose, deliverables, timeline, usage expectations, and boundaries before travel or production begins.

03 | Travel advisory & booking

Full service planning, with room to breathe and reconnect.

Resorts, hotels, villas, cruises, national parks, road trips, multi generational family trips, honeymoons, and the once in a lifetime one you have been putting off for eleven years.

We may be able to book you into preferred programs at properties you were considering anyway. Depending on the property and availability, this can include benefits such as breakfast, resort credits, upgrade priority, early check in, late check out, and a travel advisor who knows your reservation.

You can be as involved in the research as you want. Some clients send us a property and say, “Handle it.” Some want the shortlist and a long conversation about it, which honestly we enjoy. Some want to see the finished plan and nothing before it. The process should fit your energy, not drain it.

For clients planning a retreat, a restorative escape, or a trip with more personal intention, we can shape the pace around rest, privacy, wellness, reflection, meaningful experiences, and the room to let a destination do more than fill a calendar.

Property matching

We start with what you need this trip to fix, celebrate, or quiet down. Hotel names come later. Adults only or family forward. Quiet or lively. Jungle, mountains, city, beach, or all of it. Then we match the property to what you actually need.

Perks and upgrades

Preferred partner benefits where available, loyalty considerations where applicable, and the small requests that make a stay land properly.

One clear itinerary

Flights, transfers, reservations, confirmation numbers, opening hours, drive times, and who to call, one app with it all that you can actually use when you are in motion.

The range

Red eyes and motels, or the Four Seasons. Same care either way.

We have booked artists onto overnight flights and into roadside motels to keep a strict budget intact. We have booked the Four Seasons on four continents. Neither client got a lesser version of us.

A national park trip for a family counting every dollar can require more research than a suite booking, not less. You are looking for the campground that still has space, the town with food that is good and affordable, the two hour drive that is worth it, and the four hour one that is not. We do that work with the same care.

And if you are nervous rather than broke, that is its own kind of planning. First big trip. First flight with a toddler. First time in a country where you do not speak the language. Those itineraries need more clarity, not less: where to stand, what the taxi should cost, what to do if the plan changes, and where you can exhale.

The same is true when a trip comes at a tender moment in life. A reset after a hard season, a retreat before a decision, a celebration after a turning point; the itinerary should feel steady enough to hold the experience, not demand more from you.

Booking only

Already know what you want? Let us book it anyway.

Plenty of clients have the trip figured out and simply want it booked properly.

When a booking is available through our partners, we can check for eligible benefits and support the reservation. What you gain is an advocate. If a room is not as confirmed, a flight is canceled late at night, or a reservation needs attention, you do not have to start from zero with a call center. You have someone in your corner.

That support matters most on the one trip where something goes wrong. Until then, it simply gives you more room to enjoy what you planned.

04 | Content creation

Content we would stop scrolling for.

Photography, video, written work, and user generated content, UGC, produced on property or in studio, then licensed for your use.

We shoot from the point of view of people who actually book the room, plan the trip, sit for the tattoo, and care about whether the details hold up. Guests can tell when a photo was taken by someone who actually slept in the bed. That is what makes them believe it.

We do the strategy first: audience, decision point, story angle, usage needs, and what makes the place, artist, or event worth remembering. Then we create work your best fit clients can see themselves in.

We look for the sensory and emotional details that make an experience memorable: the quiet before a session, the feel of arriving somewhere that immediately changes your pace, the table where a conversation turns, the view that makes you stop. That is where good content finds its soul.

The view from Umana Oliverra

On property

Stills and video across rooms, grounds, food, experiences, and the details travelers ask about before they book.

Written work

Reviews, property descriptions, destination stories, and long form editorial work that sounds human and earns attention.

In studio

Artist profiles, process footage, and portfolio forward content for studios and conventions, created without disrupting the people being tattooed.

05 | Tattoo advisory

From “I think I want something” to a piece that feels like yours.

This is the service almost nobody else offers, and it is often the one people need most. We help you bridge the space between an idea, an artist, and the person you will be when you walk into the studio.

Concept discovery when you cannot name what you want. Preparation and planning if the needle is the thing standing in your way. Design development with you and communication support with the artist. Studio research, scheduling, deposits, health forms, full and detailed preparation of mind, body, and spirit, aftercare planning, travel coordination, and costs discussed before you sit down.

There can be a little ritual in this, if that is meaningful to you: a moment to set your intention, choose what you are ready to carry, and step into the chair feeling grounded rather than rushed. For some, a tattoo marks healing, remembrance, release, renewal, or a threshold between one chapter and the next.

The work stays practical. A meaningful tattoo still needs the right artist, a clear direction, sound logistics, appropriate hygiene, and an honest plan. We make room for the personal and spiritual layer without losing sight of the real world details that protect the experience.

When the journey has more than one reason

Some trips are built around a thread worth following.

Sometimes the reason for the trip is not a place at all. It is an artist whose work you have followed for years, a chef you want to sit in front of, a song that started somewhere, or a pull toward a culture that feels like yours.

When that pull is real, we build the trip around it and leave enough open time for you to actually feel it.

No two of these trips have ever looked the same. They are not a separate service to choose from a menu. They are simply one way a travel and tattoo journey can become more personal, more connected, and more memorable.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Do I have to be a luxury traveler to work with you?

No. Luxury, to us, is nothing going wrong that you have to fix yourself. We work across a wide range of budgets and would rather build something excellent at your number than talk you into something at ours. Your version of luxury may be a family suite with a kitchen. That is a completely legitimate need.

Do I have to want a tattoo?

Not remotely. A large share of our travel clients have never been tattooed and never intend to be. The tattoo side is a specialism, not a requirement.

Can I use you just to book something I already picked?

Often, yes. Send us the details and we will tell you whether we can book it, whether eligible benefits may apply, and whether moving the reservation makes sense. No lecture about how we would have done it differently.

What does travel planning cost me?

For many trips, our work is compensated by the travel suppliers we book with. Some complex itineraries or heavily customized projects require a planning fee. If that applies, we will explain the scope and agree to it before work begins.

Can you work with an artist I already follow?

Yes, and we often do. Send us the account. If the artist is a suitable fit and available, we can help you prepare your request, navigate practical communication, coordinate travel, and build the trip around their calendar rather than the other way around.

How involved can I be in the research?

Entirely up to you. Some clients want the shortlist, the comparison, and a long conversation. Others want the finished plan and nothing before it. Both are normal.

Where are you based?

We are based in Wisconsin and work globally. Cate and Jenna spend a large part of the year on the road, which is genuinely useful when you need firsthand context or someone awake in your time zone.

Your next chapter

Bring the idea, even if it is only half drawn.

A place you keep thinking about. A piece you have wanted for years. A milestone that deserves more than a long weekend. Give us the rough version and we will bring it to life in ways you did not know to ask for.
